Abridged version, applicable to the showcase site and standard products. For custom engagements the terms of the signed contract apply.
01 · SUBJECT
Provision of datasets and commercial-intelligence services on the Italian productive fabric.
02 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ontology, the scoring and fusion algorithms, and the refresh model are property of FabbricaAnalitica. Delivered data may be used by the client within contractual limits.
03 · PERMITTED USE
For standard products: internal use and the client's commercial activities. Resale or redistribution requires an explicit license (white-label Briefing, Feed).
04 · LIMITATION
We do not guarantee zero error. Data is observed and qualified to the best of the state of the art. Liability is limited to the fees of the preceding twelve months.
05 · WITHDRAWAL & PORTABILITY
Withdrawal without penalty for monthly subscriptions. Portability of already-delivered data guaranteed in an open format.
06 · GOVERNING LAW
Italian law. Place of jurisdiction: Florence.
