What we collect
Only email + subscription date, if you subscribe to the newsletter. No other personal data. There is no registration, account, or user profile. The site requires no login.
Cookies and tracking
Zero tracking cookies. Zero third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar). Pages are served statically with a Next.js layer. The only technical exception are the session cookies strictly necessary for the newsletter form to work.
What we don't do
We don't profile, we don't sell lists, we don't share emails with third parties. There is no advertising retargeting. The newsletter contains no third-party open-tracking pixels.
Where the data is
The email list is hosted on a European server (Hetzner, Frankfurt). Encrypted daily backup. System access limited to the sole editor (controller).
Your rights
Deletion: every email contains an "unsubscribe" link that removes your email immediately. Edit/access: write to virtusvalet@gmail.com (temporary) and we reply within 30 days. Complaint: the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Legal basis
Newsletter subscription: explicit consent (EU Reg. 2016/679, art. 6.1.a). Consent is revocable at any time via the link in every email.
